The second vowel is wrong, changing the answer from a country to a city.

I was puzzled when I tried my answer since I thought I'd heard this before -- but it was wrong. So I researched it, and got the same answer. Then I realized, oh, probably a misspell on the second vowel, so I tried it that way, and it worked. But that wasn't the truly puzzling part.
The odd part was when I got to the question, it was 1/1... so whoever got it first got it right on the misspell! Weird.

Maybe there's been a rash of kidnappings in South Carolina.
