Source was SI.com listing the team payrolls from highest to lowest. San Diego was last and Chris Young with his 6 million plus salary was listed as their highest paid player. Thought it was a simple, easily searchable Q but i guess not.

ESPN lists every team's total salary with every player on each team listed. They have Pittsburgh last by several million.

They might calculate it differently, though. Maybe just the active roster? Who knows.
