Just wanted to say I'm enjoying these pun-laden questions/answers (I was trying myself to think of a way to word a question like your "lions" one). I tried one a few weeks back, but only one or two got it. It had to do with "Around the World in 80 Days." Given your penchant for puns, I hope you were one of the ones who nailed it.

Thanks--I like doing questions like that, but they have to come "out of nowhere." When I try to think of one, I never can. And I know they aren't exactly "trivia," but neither are cryptics, ana-pairs, etc. When you're running through thousands of questions a year, you gotta be flexible.

They're not trivia but it's the kind of variety that makes this game so entertaining. This group seems to share a simlar mind set when it comes to puzzle solving so that cryptics, anagrams and even puns are all satisfying.
