Staley, isn't that first country's letter's format slightly misleading?

I don't know......for anyone who hasn't answered it, there can be additional letter (or letters) after the pattern.

Which made Ja ma ica work too, and was my first guess.

That would be additional letters in the middle of the pattern, though. I should've made clearer that each blank was a single letter. I was too lazy to look, but there could be others in the rest of the world that fit the pattern, too.
