To the one who got it, is there a hyphen or hash mark or something for word two?

No tricks or special characters. It's just a higher number than any source I saw. I got it because it's a nice round number.

Got it, Thanks Staley. If that number is correct I'll never eat Peanut Butter again.

I didn't want to get into it while the question was still on the board, but I think the "100" came from the fact that the counts were based on 100g of peanut butter. Every source I saw said the limit was 1 rat hair (per 100g).
