I just got "Charlened" on the folktales answer. It let me get "classification system" but not the Aarne-Thompson part.

This has been going on. for me, since 1999; not often but it happens. After 12 years I don't really expect anything to rectify it.

I had the same problem at first with the folktale system. It accepted the answer after I copied and pasted from a cite on Google which had (I think) a different hyphen. It looked longer than a typed hyphen from my keyboard.

Yes, it certainly did look like that and I puzzled over it for a few mins but didn't bother to cut and paste.

If Whizbang cut-and-pasted that part into his question then that's maybe what it takes to get the correct answer - anyone?

I think I've said previously that I always type my q's and a's and this still happens to me, often.

Since the c/p thing was mentioned before, I have tried to c/p and the answer still doesn't work.

With the hypen, what are the chances that you will c/p from the same source?

What do I know, maybe some ground rules about how an answer should be inputed?

It's very annoying, especially when I refuse to give up and have chalked up all those nadas LOL
