Re: Reunion/ "Life is a Rock"
Thanks!
If you don't mind my asking, what was it that made the question stand out to you? (Working on improving my future offerings.)

Re: Reunion/ "Life is a Rock"
"Ironically, who got together for the first time..." (or however you phrased it)
In Jeopardy!, that's called a "TOM" (tease-out-metric). Give somebody 20 guesses and they might get the answer just from that, without the actual facts of the question. i.e., (What would be "ironic" about getting together for the first time? What would we call that?) It's a built-in hint that's somewhat subtle that can steer you in the right direction, if you can tease out the writer's intent. The metric part is how much of a hint is there. Sometimes it's the only way to get the question!
"Rumor has it this President liked to fart in the Oval office and then blame the dog."
Impossible, right? Let's add a TOM.
Rumor has it that when this President farted in the Oval office, he "resigned" to blaming the dog.
Any idea now?
But, TOM notwithstanding, it was just well-presented about the song description. As you can see, I didn't get it. But it got mulled by me a lot! There was something there, just couldn't place it... and no kidding, I had an earworm of it just about a week ago, I was singing it constantly.

Re: Reunion/ "Life is a Rock"
I liked the way the question was worded, but I got the answer by pulling up a list of One Hit Wonders of the 1970s. When I saw the title, I was intrigued, but then I saw the band name and knew it was the one.
Re: Reunion/ "Life is a Rock"
Thanks for the feedback, guys! I'd never heard of that "tease-out metric" before. It's really interesting. I'll have to try and keep it in mind for future posts.
